Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

• Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

 

Process for Returns:

1. Submit a Return Request:

Contact us at help@voyvon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval and Instructions:

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

Refunds

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Items returned without prior authorization.

• Items not in their original condition or missing tags.

 

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the item.

• Your order number.

We will process a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
